Late 1950's designer Malcolm Starr blue, green and white floral watercolor print cotton dress with beaded and rhinestone designs covering the cummerbund waist. The cotton fabric is lightweight and smooth. The beading is clear, silver, some green and dark blue iridescent beads, and large blue tinted rhinestones; covers both the front and back of the waist. Metal zipper up the back. Bodice is lined with a white organza fabric, the skirt is unlined and has a sewn in crinoline.Get it here
